1. Introduction

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on Zokroo (“Website”), operated by Zokroo, a brand of MEET PRAVINBHAI MANGUKIYA, a GST registered sole proprietorship based in Surat, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to this Policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before the seller dispatches the product.

  • Cancellation requests can be made via your account on Zokroo or by contacting support@zokroo.com.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery (see Section 4).

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for:

    • Cancelled orders (before dispatch)

    • Returned products due to damage, defect, or incorrect item received

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Payment gateway refunds: 7–10 business days

    • Bank account refunds may take longer depending on banking system

  • Refunds are made only to the original mode of payment. Partial refunds may apply in some cases, e.g., shipping charges, restocking fees.


4. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items for return:

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery (update days if you prefer)

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Personal care products, innerwear, or sealed hygiene products

    • Customized or personalized items unless defective

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Zokroo Support: support@zokroo.com

    2. Provide order ID, reason for return, and images (if applicable)

    3. Seller will approve and provide instructions for pickup

    4. Refund will be processed after verification of the returned item

  • Replacement:

    • Available only if the same item is in stock

    • Replacement request processed after seller approval


5. Marketplace Seller Responsibility

  • Zokroo operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

  • Sellers are responsible for:

    • Product quality, packaging, and timely dispatch

    • Handling returns and replacements

  • Zokroo facilitates communication and payment but is not liable for seller delays, disputes, or stock issues.


6. Shipping & Pickup

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping address.

  • Items lost or damaged due to incorrect address may not be eligible for refund.

  • Seller / Zokroo may arrange pickup for returns at the customer’s location.
