This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on Zokroo (“Website”), operated by Zokroo, a brand of MEET PRAVINBHAI MANGUKIYA, a GST registered sole proprietorship based in Surat, India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to this Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before the seller dispatches the product.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery (see Section 4).

Handling returns and replacements

Zokroo facilitates communication and payment but is not liable for seller delays, disputes, or stock issues.
6. Shipping & Pickup

Customers must provide accurate shipping address.

Items lost or damaged due to incorrect address may not be eligible for refund.

Seller / Zokroo may arrange pickup for returns at the customer’s location.
